Branch Business Bill Pay lets you reset your password if you have forgotten your current one or otherwise need to change it.

Your authority level determines how you change your password:
- For Level 1 Users, you can change your password using this page.
- For Level 2 Users or Level 3 Users, contact the Level 1 User, who can change your password on the Manage Administration Options page.
Changing Your Password from the Sign In Assistance Page
If you have forgotten your Branch Business Bill Pay password, you can reset it at any time.
For your security and protection, you must provide some information about yourself. Branch Business Bill Pay uses this information to verify your identity. The new password takes effect immediately and remains your Branch Business Bill Pay password until the next time you change it.
To change your password:
- In Level 1 User User ID, type your user ID.
- In First Name and Last Name, type the first and last name you used to enroll in Branch Business Bill Pay.
- Click Continue.
- Respond to the secret question with the answer that you entered during enrollment.
- In Last four digits of the Business Tax ID number, type the last four digits of the tax ID you used during enrollment.
- In Last four characters of your Bank Account Number, type the last four characters of the account that you pay bills from.
- Click Continue.
- In New Password, type the new password that you want to use.
The password must be 8 characters without spaces. It is case sensitive and must contain at least two of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. We recommend a combination of letters and numbers for security reasons. Choose a password that other people cannot easily guess, and don't share your password with anyone.
- In Confirm Password, retype your new password.
- Click Save Changes.
The new password you typed is effective immediately. Use it the next time you sign in to Branch Business Bill Pay.
Changing Your Password from the Reset Password Page
The new password takes effect immediately and remains your Branch Business Bill Pay password until the next time you change it.
To change your password:
- In New Password, type the new password that you want to use.
The password must be characters without spaces. It is case sensitive and must contain at least two of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. We recommend a combination of letters and numbers for security reasons. Choose a password that other people cannot easily guess, and don't share your password with anyone.
- In Confirm Password, retype your new password.
- Click Save Changes.
The new password you typed is effective immediately. Use it the next time you sign in to Branch Business Bill Pay.
