Transfer History



What Can I Do?

 

You can review account transfers for the past six months. This page shows all transfers, including scheduled, processed, and canceled transfers.

The initial view of this page includes all transfers that fall within one month in the past to one year in the future. If you can't find a particular transfer, you can search for it. You can enter a date range and refresh the page to change the information that appears.

Confirmation Numbers and Transfer Statuses

If the transfer is being processed normally, the confirmation number appears in the Confirmation column. If you canceled the transfer, the status of the transfer appears in the Confirmation column.

Searching for a Transfer

You can view the transfer history for the past six months (180 days). You can enter a date range to find the specific tranfers you want to view.

Note: If you need to view transfer information older than six months, you can contact customer service or send us a request in Messages.

To go to the Transfer History page:

  1. Click My Accounts on any page.
    The Manage Account Options page opens.
  2. Go to the Recent Transfers section.
  3. Click View Transfer History.
    The Transfer History page opens.

To search for a transfer:

  1. In From and To, type a date range for the transfers you want to view.
    Tip: Click the calendar icons to help determine the dates you can select for your search criteria.
  2. Click Refresh.
    The Transfer History page refreshes and shows the transfers in the selected date range.
  3. Click Print if you want to print the information that appears on this page.

Viewing Transfer Details

You can view details about any transfer that you've made. You can also perform the following tasks:

To view the transfer detail:

  1. Find the transfer you want to view on the Transfer History page.
    You may need to enter a different date range to find the transfer you want.
  2. Click View Detail next to the transfer.
    The Transfer Detail page opens.
  3. View the transfer details.
  4. Click Finished when you are through viewing the transfer details.
    The Manage Account Options page opens.
